In South Park, which made Mr. Garrison in the sewer with diving gear?
In season two, episode nine, "is Head Chocolate salty Balls ", the boys venture into the sewers in search of Mr. Hankey. To his surprise, they discover that their professor, Mr. Garrison, are below the water diving equipment. The children asked him what he does, and Mr. Garrison asked if they know how to file a police report. The boys say "no" and Mr. Garrison, disappears into the water. Knowing the typical brand of humor, South Park, I can not Whether this is a reference to something, it is relevant to a past episode or to come, or if it's just random. Everyone knows the answer?
